2.2 We process server logs for the operation and security of our website and online services:

Purpose of the processing: When you access our website, the web server collects usage data (so-called server logs). Legal basis for processing: The processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the operation of the service and system security, as well as optimizing the quality of the service.

Recipient of the data: The web server for the operation of our website is technically operated by the IT service center of Hetzner Online GmbH, as a processor. This data will be passed on to the law enforcement authorities if there has been a hacker attack. No further disclosure to third parties will take place.

Further information: The server logs are stored for a maximum of 3 months.

2.3 For marketing purposes, we process the following data or use the following services:

• Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).

  Purpose of processing: Google Analytics stores cookies in order to recognize you and then create personalized user statistics about website activity. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. In addition, we have activated the “anonymize IP” module from Google.   Recipient of the data: The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. • Matomo

  Purpose and legal basis of the processing: We use a web analysis tool from Matomo on our website. This tool helps us to determine how many users visit our website, which pages and categories are popular and which content is rather uninteresting.

  Matomo collects the following usage data for the web analysis (so-called server logs): The IP address of the requesting computer, together with the date, time, request, which file is requested (name and URL), which data volume is transferred to you, a message as to whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used, as well as the website from which the access took place (should the access take place via a link). The IP address is immediately anonymized.

  For the web analysis, Matomo uses so-called counting pixels in addition to the server logs. These are small image files that are integrated on our website and enable an analysis of your user behavior. This data is processed on the basis of your consent. The use of tracking pixels therefore only takes place if you have consented to the analysis.

  Recipient of the data: The analysis of the collected data is carried out exclusively by us, and the data is not transferred to third parties.

• Freshdesk

  Purpose and legal basis of the processing: We use Freshdesk, a chat and support platform that connects users with our customer support. We can only collect email addresses/names/phone numbers with the consent of the users to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Freshdesk application. For more information, please refer to the company's privacy policy. We only use these messages or data to process the issues or requests registered by users. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  Recipient of the data: The evaluation of the collected data is done exclusively by us, and the data is not transferred to third parties.

• Advertising

  We place advertising on our website that is provided by Google (Google Adwords) and Microsoft (https://ads.microsoft.com/). To do this, Google and Microsoft place cookies on your computer to recognize you.

3. Data processing in business operations

3.1 Data processing in the context of establishing contact:

Further information: We process your data for as long as is necessary to process the request and, in the event of a follow-up request, for a further seven years after the last contact with you.

3.2 Data processing in the context of the customer account:

Purpose of processing: When you register on our website, we process the data provided during registration for the purpose of establishing the business relationship within the framework of the contractual relationship and for the provision of the services offered by us.

Further information: We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest until the end of the third year after the last contact with you or until you object to the data processing – depending on which event occurs earlier. 3.5 Data processing in connection with competitions:

Purposes of processing: If you take part in a competition, we process

1. the master and contact data you provided in the context of your declaration of participation, as well as participation data (e.g. your uploaded photo, your answers to prize questions, etc.) for the purpose of conducting the competition; and

2. all content that you have provided and made known in the context of your participation (e.g. your uploaded photo, your go-code, your short text, etc.) for the purpose of supplementing and optimizing your go-model profile and for marketing purposes (for the assignment of your profile to interest, age and other marketing-relevant target groups, the evaluation of customer interests), in order to send you offers tailored to your interests (our own and those of our partners), as well as for the general promotion of go-models and the range of services; and

3. all content you provide to go-models for the duration of your participation (e.g. an uploaded photo or a text for which you grant go-models rights of use for an unlimited period of time) for the purposes of external communication, advertising, marketing, image campaigns, press and &O public relations (for our own and our business partners) as well as for the general promotion of go-models and its services.

Legal basis for processing: The processing of your data according to (a) is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship (execution of the competition, Art. 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO), according to (b) on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO, Art. 9 para. 2 lit a DSGVO) and according to (c ) to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Recipient of the data: The data will not be transmitted to third parties, or only under the condition that you have consented to the transmission.
